Never understood taking a "vacation" in a crime ridden, dirty, poor, third world country. Just not enjoyable for me to see the squalor, beggars, etc.

Once to the DR, saw some of the craziest MC riding people ever!

Once to Hatti, many years ago. A very good example of a black run paradise!

I've never been to Haiti and never will. It's corrupt, lawless. Look at it from Google Earth and the border with the DR is obvious. Terrible place.

I worked with a Haitian immigrant back in the 80's. One of the finest gentleman that I have known. Car guy- owned a big block Pontiac back then. Visited him, his wife and young daughter at their house. Beautiful people.

But, he couldn't keep it in his pants. He used to go up to Toronto to visit his brother-in-law, and the guy would set him up with a girl up there.

It's just their culture- men treat women like rental cars.

I also worked with a Jamaican. (long time married, his wife was a RN.) Very hard worker, strong as a bull, rather hard to understand especially when he got wound up a bit. I think he played Devils Advocate because if there were two sides to anything he was usual alone defending his position. No he was not violent just noisy.

He worked hard owned a apartment house and a corner store and like me made good Pipefittes money. He said many times he was going back to Jamaica with his money and live like a king. Unfortunately he was about a year away from retiring and he had a massive heart attack and died. They did send his body back to the island.

Went into a shanty village with my one-year-old son in tow, bought some ironwood, ganga, and talked politics with the guy.

We got to use a villa near Runaway Bay owned by a doctor that Baby Doll worked for back in the day. Came with a house woman and pool man. I had several long talks with him. He lived "out there" and was very poor. We were there during elections and he advised me not to leave the house that night. We listened to the radio for the returns. So lopsided, flipping back and forth, obvious corruption; several shootings in Kingston. I left him most of my clothes when we left.
I know a dood from kingston, he stopped going back to visit family, too dangerous, he now pays their airfare to come here.
Back when he did visit, he only traveled the city in groups, he has three boys, all big doods, he never allowed his sons to go out on their own, never allowed them out at night, one son played D1 football for four years on scholarship, LBer, 6'3" 240, and he got no exceptions to the rules.

I think I am done traveling abroad, many things to see here in THE USA that I enjoy, no need to go to shit countries and HOPE you are safe.

Ireland is a hoot. Walk into any pub and strike up a conversation with anyone, any age. They all have relatives in the US and love Americans. All good honest blokes.

England, all I have to say is that they are polite.

France, Germany, Austria: great folks- they all know how to party and love Americans.

Seems to me his heart rate and BP would be elevated from all the physical activity leading up to the "incident" would cause massive blood loss

I don't believe it's real. Maybe AI maybe something else
