There's a guy in my workplace who has 6 Krispy Kremes for breakfast.

I don't like Krispy Kreme donuts, we have a local donut place that is unsurpassed in high quality donuttery. Krispy Kreme came to town and 4 months later left.

Being skinny doesn't mean he's healthy.

It sounds like he has some disorder with absorbing fat.

In his 20s--that's not a medical marvel, that's just life not catching up with him yet... Give him another 5 years or so and we will be paying for his health care
