Looks like lower plastic shroud got overheated by the exhaust pipes sagged, fell off and caused a fire or some smoldering that covered the whole ass end when car was moving....backdraft....maybe it was a fire, and the smoke, just smoked the ass.....

The tune was too aggressive, it puked at rod at speed...dumped oil out the pan/black onto the searing hot exhaust..it erupted into flames...the flames traveled under the car and out the back....the lower fascia that runs under the exhausts melted, and was dragged out the back as the car rolled to a stop. the Fire and heat licked up the back of the car due to the aerodynamics.

• What happened to this car, and why was the warranty supposedly blocked?
• What happened to the California operations? Last word, was it was rumored to have been shuttered, closed, gone?
• Where did all the Chrysler offerings go from their website? (And did it have to do with Chrysler and not wanting to back third party major warranty issues?)
• What's going to happen to their Texas operations, given all the above?

If a business (suddenly) loses their money backer, as in the person who bankrolled the company for the past decade moves on, would someone with today's knowledge of said company actually invest, or given all that is known, is that company now doomed?

• Why would financial backer bail after nearly 10 years?
• What would happen to their half of the business?
• How will the company survive without the loot?

Sounds like you've got some inside info of some chit going down at Hennessey. I just love to watch Karma, sometimes it's slow to come, but it almost always does.

They recently just did a advertising news piece on the company on the local news, it wasn't John Hennessey doing the representing, but a local manager, I found that rather odd.
