Genetics....my uncle is 91 and just took a self-guided tour of all the Washington DC monuments and memorials, my grandma was 92 and modeling clothes for senior citizens.

All you have to do to have a great life in later years is to choose your parents and grandparents carefully.

I've seen too many oldsters retire that have no hobbies or interests outside of their work flame out a few years after retiring... Me ?

Other than spending too much time with the yokels here I am constantly doing something and try to balance the physical with the mental things I do daily.
