Default So me and Mrs Flex bought a new house today...
Moving from a 3 bedroom townhouse with a one car garage and one car driveway to a fully detached 4 bedroom house with 2 car garage and 4 car driveway and a nice sized property (for Toronto standards).

We started looking in July, and this has been the most painful and grueling process of my life.

The market here is crazy and y'all Americans could probably buy 3 nice homes for what we paid but such is life in Canuckistan.

No pics because I don't want a BoDs to show up.

You'll have to trust me; it's nice.

We have 4 vehicles, so yeah.

Also lots of room in the basement for gym equipment.

I bought a Hammer Strength Row machine today. Got an amazing deal on it and the guy delivered it too. It's in storage until we take possession of the house because I have no room for it here.

Nope!

HOAs are not a thing here, but if you own a condo or a condo townhouse, which we do now, there are condo boards and they are worse than HOAs.
