I just got a 1 week ban for a post made a year ago.

I just got a 1 week ban from a post I made August 6th of 2022. I'm not joking.

Joke is on the moderator. I just forwarded the email to the executives at Internet Brands (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts LP) so that they are aware volunteer moderators are targeting individuals for bans.

How do bans help ad revenue? I'm fascinated to see how they feel about volunteers crushing the ad revenue.

I do volunteer work for IB on another website. Trust me when I tell you they don't care. They deal with likely millions of posts every day through their network, they won't care that Chemdawg banned you for any reason. At least that's been my experience.

My bet was that Cumdawg wasn't the all-empowered moderator back then. He had to wait until recently to go back and comb over old posts to ban specific people for. Think of the time he must spend on that stuff. Amazing. And quite pathetic, as well.
