Never cared for the bigger race tracks, been to many. Traffic afterwards was always a nightmare also.



Friend's daughter at Cleveland Clinic for surgery today.
Went in around 1030 and was still under the knife at 530.
Crohn's progressed more than hoped/anticipated unfortunately.
18 inch resection one area, 2 or 3 other areas also.
Alot of bleeding Dr said as received a couple units of blood already.
She's getting a bag for 6 months to a year and highly doubtful it isn't permanent they said.
Nothing any 20 year old should have to go through.
So in case you think your day sucked.. You would be wrong.

That really sucks. My first Crohn’s surgery was when I was 20 many years ago. Second one was in the middle of COVID and lasted 7 hours. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. It is something you can live with, and the meds keep getting better. If she wants to talk to someone who’s BTDT I’d be more than willing. PM me for contact info if she’s interested.
