They were no where NEAR international waters....but Im sure there is a law against it even then.

China does it all the time. Where do you think all the recycled material from the Left Coast ends up? 200 miles offshore. Save's on fuel for the ship captain, and he can make many more trips per year.

Apparently you can buy anything these days if you have the coin. We had a 14' wood rowboat with a 7.5 hp Evinrude docked at Huck's in Gloucester. My Dad and Mom, five of us kids, a German shepherd, can of gas and a steel Coca Cola cooler that took two of us two carry.

And we carried our trash back home.

The boat doesn't appear to have registration numbers so it is most likely documented. Fortunately the name and port-of-call is clearly visible in the video, I'm sure the Coasties have already been in touch with the owner.

There is a small sweet little island in the middle of the Butler chain of lakes near Disney; its called "Bird Island"; they close it to the public about every other year because of drugs, drunks and douchebags. Mostly teenagers with Daddy's expensive ski boat rafting them together and partying and fighting. Its horrible.
