I sold my C4 last month after 10 years of proud ownership.

Yeah, I had some fun times in the car, but I remembered the words of Patrick Morley as I watched the new owner drive away, "don't ever be afraid to part with something God blessed you with because if He did it once, He can do it again."

Besides, we all know Corvettes are like Lay's Potato Chips; no one can eat just one. I will get another someday.

I missed my '74 big block coupe after trading it in for a new Rustang with a warranty. Still miss my '01 vert, but I'll see it again next week. Thinking about unloading my '09 Z06, and if I do, I won't miss it. Don't get me wrong, it's a great car, but it's time for something else.

Besides, I have a '76 that I bought over a year and a half ago, so I won't be vetteless.

Didn't need much, was a turnkey daily driver but the wipers weren't hooked up.

Only 2 cars I've ever missed- My 1981 280ZX and my 2001 Corvette Vert. My Grand Sport has been a great car and I've had good memories with it on the track-but I'll have the same with my new one.

Since I signed on here, I think I have posted there less than three times, mostly classifieds.
My wife never really liked the car and the boat is something we can both enjoy.
I am in purge mode, getting rid of old stuff, trying to simplify/declutter. My basement looks clean now that I have packed up 20 years worth of Stingray parts. My goal is to end up with the boat, my C5, Miata, motorcycle and truck. I have two other boats to get rid of. I might sell my Yamaha Maxim and buy a bigger bike.
