Dunno Druge, never listened in....what I know of Beck is over the first 2 years of Nobam's admin.....that it....not kept up with him much....

but I watch FOX NEWS a lot, and listen in to Boortz and Limbaugh when I can....

but you see, the trick IS, they form an opinion around FACTS, not emotion like a fart fairy liberal...FACTS.....

I do watch Fox News, it is more balanced. I avoid CNN and MSNBC, too biased.

On 1 side you have a guy who pulled a jackass prank... in the 60s

On the other you have a socialist piece of shit who hates everything America stands for and is hellbent on turning it into a displaced European welfare state with the support of a growing number of brain dead liberal idiots who lack the basic math skills required to balance a check book.

Yep. Tough choice.

Of course you did.

The apologists in this thread are humorous. You all hate Obama SO bad you're willing to overlook the fact a grown man is dressing up as a cop and impersonating a LEO.

If this were virtually anyone else, I suspect things would look a lot differently in this thread.

"College Hijinks?" Getting shitfaced on Jäger Bombs and pissing in the deans closet with 10 of your buddies is college hijinks. Driving around in a cop uniform with a magnetic siren atop your vehicle, all alone, is weird.

Look guys. Driving around alone impersonating a cop is damn strange behavior for a man.
It's OK to admit it. It doesn't suddenly make you an Obama voter.

It was the 60s. In case it was missed the first dozen times it was said. IT WAS THE 60s. It was a different time and a hell of a lot different than if the same thing was done today. You can't apply today's mindset to something that happened half a century ago. It was a stupid ass prank by college kids. Nothing more, nothing less.

Even then, it wouldn't even be close to the top of list of stupid shit I have seen college kids do.

The sad part is that insignificant shit like this is really all liberals have to talk about. No way are they going to bring up things like jobs or the economy.

This is not a political issue. I agree wholeheartedly. Both parties are guilty of this nonsense.

As for the fact this was the 60's? What does that matter?

If you suddenly found out one of your buddies was doing this, what would you think? And be honest. Would you think; Crazy college kids! Or; That's just weird!?

Your a responsible adult. I'm gonna think you would think this behavior is strange for an adult.

If 1 of my buddies said "Let's go to the drive in. It'll be a gas" I'd probably think that was weird, yet oddly enough in the 60s... not so weird.

You really don't see the relevance of 50 years of culture change?

You can't even remotely pass judgement of something from that time frame based on today's culture. Big difference in doing it then and doing it now.

Today, if a kid puts a Cherry Bomb down a toilet at school, he is a felon and a terrorist, if any minorities are within a mile he is charged with a hate crime, his parents are deemed unfit and sued for everything they have, it is headline news across the country, and people talk about how terrible society has become. Back then... he got a swat on the ass.

What happened if the police caught you drag racing through town in the 60s? Now?

How about drinking and driving punishments then vs. now?

Underage drinking?

A kid smoking?

Getting into a fist fight?

Hell, half of the stuff Beaver and Wally did would put them behind bars today.

Yea, today, someone impersonating a police officer is a serious deal. In the 60s? Sounds to me like a stupid college kid prank. Using a 2012 perception to judge a 1960s action is ridiculous.

I can't believe you are implying that 40 years ago it was "normal" or "OK" for a grown man to drive around - not with a group of people but by himself - impersonating a police officer and pulling people over for kicks. It wasn't a "college prank", you do "college pranks" with your buddies. He did this shit by himself.

Its illegal now just as it was illegal then.

And its just plain fukin' weird.

It's no more illegal than sitting around smoking pot... but you seem to think that's ok.

Personally, I think that sitting around with a bunch of hippies getting stoned 24/7 is just plain fukin' weird.

Is this really the liberal strategy?

You know that you can't talk about the economy, jobs, the war that he promised to end the day he took office, welfare numbers, or anything else actually relevant to America... so you resort to shit Romney did 50 years ago?

Yea. It was stupid and illegal. BFD.

If you want to start pointing out illegal things done by politicians, you better have a lot of time. The Kennedys alone would probably run this site out of bandwidth.

I don't care if he put on a dress and walked around as a cross dressing prostitute. It's still better than the worthless, racist, divisive, destructive, socialist piece of shit sitting in the oval office now.

...and yea. Weird is subjective. I know a lot of people who would think that posting a picture of your wife naked on the internet is weird. But hey, since you are of the enlightened class, feel free to judge others.

Spin it however you want gentleman. Driving around in a car alone, masquerading as a cop pulling people over is weird behavior. It was in the 60's, it is in 2012.

YMMV.
