In my case i'm well trained in fast and controled shooting and the perp would be well ventilated by the time he hit the floor. Considering where I live a 911 call would be at least a 15 minuite wait till EMS got there, LEOs best bet another 5 to 10 minuits. The only story to tell would be mine!
