CF is really trying to feel that guy out now. I think he discredited himself more than he could realize with the C4 to C5 conversion post. I do not think anybody could recover from that.

After all, each and every post included a celebrity act by himself or a family member. I think his Aunt was a Russion Cosmonaut, his brother used to string Jimmy Page's guitar and his Uncle used to teach JD flying lessons..

Seriously? You own some sort of amazing custom shop and you can't rebuild a seat? My 57 year old father IN A WHEELCHAIR rebuilt/recovered the seats in his Vette in a few hours in his livingroom and yet that is somehow beyond the capabilities of your shop.

Wow. Just... wow.

I tried again... with a little more tact. We'll see how this one goes over. The insults are a little more veiled in this one.

If you want an interior the looks like it is covered in stick on carbon fiber, get one of those kits. If you want an interior that looks like the fake hydro stuff, go that route. If you want actual carbon fiber pieces, either call in another favor, make them yourself, or get out the check book and write a big number on it to somebody who has the talent and the resources to make them.

I'm not being a smartass... the options are pretty simple in this case. Stick on parts look like stick ons, the fake stuff looks decent but you aren't fooling anybody, and the real stuff takes either a lot of time and talent or a lot of money. It's your choice from there.

With your vast resources and the capabilities you can't rebuild a seat? My father in a wheelchair rebuilt/re-covered the seats, and rebuilt the seat tracks in his C4 in a few hours in his living room. Pull the seat out, if your switches are worn, spend a few $ on some new ones, pick up some new covers and foam, take them apart, and put them back together with the new stuff. Advanced mechanical techniques and specialty skills are not required.

Or... if you really just feel like spending money, you can always just send them somewhere else. I'm guessing any local upholstery shop would be glad to take your money.

No kidding, even I got the sarcasm in that post. Bryan, I don't know why you even waste your time with this idiot, but your posts do make for some fun reading

I saw your post Bryan . It is extremely difficult to deal with below average intelligent people. Most of you in here are business people, retired, managers or have something going on for your self.

I know you all have at least one at work. The guy that is the dumbest of all, the one that would screw up turning off the lights. Imagine him posting on a forum and once he made up his incompetent mind you try to change his mind with a post. Its not going to happen.

oil change w/out jacking-
C5 kit with mufflers-
Interior CF-
my great mechanic-
wheel size questions (label is on the drivers door)-

When I make posts like that I am not trying to change anyone's mind. As you said... there is no point. I am simply bored at work and enough of an asshole that it keeps me entertained.

Oh Bryan, I get you brother. If I wasnt on the hit list I would be going in hard.

I know you are also going easy on them. You got the words, I got the visual aids.

Lets see what he posts next.

If any of you meet the minimum 2 year qualification period (in order to post in Greg's thread), how about helping a brutha out.
