here's a fun observation... 3/4 ton and 1-ton trucks have the same towing capacities.
Dually's actually offer less towing capacity, since the heavier axle consumes a greater portion of the GVWR. |

Combined Gross Weight Rating. It is clearly listed in everyone's owners manual and Y2Kvert4me is correct. I haven't seen a dually lose to anything in that category although there might be an exception out there somewhere.
