I have to say laying off women is about 100 times harder. I'm doing better I actually let someone help a cute girl in the store.

My only advice to him on this topic was...be able to be happy being himself, and to find a way to not feel the 'need' for having a chick with him...Until he can be secure in himself..even when he does pick up a chick she won't stick around for long.

if you go to a bar to meet a woman (assuming you are a man), you will meet a woman who goes to a bar. that might not be the type of woman you are meant to meet.
