What would be epic - but will NEVER happen is if James is declared a fake AG in NY for having a permanent residence in VA and ALL of her cases are illegitimate....

Even if it was back to just 2023 (her last alleged fraud) the Trump case would be over...

As said, not very difficult to prove guilt in this case.
she signed a mortgage application, the application includes ALL THINGS.
she cannot plead ignorance, as she is a lawyer, she read ALL THINGS.
she 100% knew she was committing fraud, she believed she was above the law.

There is no defense here, the mortgage app is the DNA.
