She got lucky and bought and sold a few homes during the last real estate boom and 4-penny considered himself a genius who made his mom a bunch of money. I believe that she did ok but would have been better off to stay where she was before 4-P sold the car lot and needed a place to live and convinced her to buy the trash truck juice house.
