My best guess is that his schtick has run its natural course over at the other place and the members are tired of it and have let him know. So, he decides to be the mod's narc and place his popcorn emojis wherever he sees perceived wrongdoing and that has made him as popular as a leper at a pool party. Now, he finds himself needing a fresh home - or as fresh as it can be after his self-imposed exile. I'm betting that nothing has changed with him. He is still mentally ill, still blames everyone else for all his problems, still thinking he has beaten life and living the American dream, and still full of grand schemes for striking it rich and boosting his nutology.

I say let the child come back. At least he was always good for a laugh. Also, an excellent example of how to not live your life.
