Anybody get census forms to fill out now?

In the past few weeks I've gotten two small forms from the Census Bureau, where you rip three sides off and open up. Both had the warning, "Must answer by law," or something. I threw them out.

Census normally comes out only on even decade years, but this is mostly racist stuff so I guess they want to know.

So yesterday I get a huge packet with a 48 page booklet full of racist questions to answer. It's a "Community Guideline" or something. It says that if I don't answer "promptly" someone will call me.

Anyone else get this crap? It said it was only being sent to "select" people.

I suppose they know that I voted for Trump twice, and if I don't respond they'll have the legal excuse to throw me in the Gulag along with the J-6ers.

Fill it with as much non identifying junk mail and send it back to them. They will get stuck with the over due postage.

I get that every now and again. Never once sent it back although I wanted to answer all the questions with the exact opposite to what the agenda wants. Never did and nobody ever "called" me or if they did I didn't answer. If they did I would have told them to **** off if I even answer the unknown number.

I got stuff like that years ago. I did not answer. Got lots of post cards and phone calls. Got threatened with arrest a few times. Finely after about 8 months they gave up.

Well they want a quick count to know where all the illegals they've shipped to red states reside now so they can gerrymander to get more electoral votes for libs... Maybe hoping to do so before Novemeber...?

I stopped sending the census back 24 years ago when they sent me the long form. They keep sending them and I just keep throwing them in the trash. They can bluster all they want about it being "Required by law", but the truth of the matter is they have no teeth. What are they going to do? Send people out? Let them. They will have a nice drive and get to look at my gate, but that's all they will accomplish.

I basically told them to F.O. to their face. No repercussions, so I don't know how much force of law they actually have to force your cooperation on the collecting of info that is basically is none of their beeswax, and they probably already know anyway.

As to why in 2024?, probably finally convinced those govt, teat-suckers that it is safe to quit wearing a mask and it's safe to mingle?

9 million wetbacks walked into this country illegally under Biden, is anyone really worried about not filling out a form which by law they can only ask how many people live in your residence?

That would be a "Yes I also got it" or a "No, I haven't."

The first few years we were at this address, they harassed us about answering that bullshit. A woman who worked for the census bureau came to my door multiple times and said we were required to complete the form. Every single time I told her to pound sand.

Haven't seen one but I only check the mail once a week. Might be in the box? No idea. My mail has been disappearing lately (missing bills). Last time I checked the box there was a wilted boquete of dandelions in it. Seems some kid has packrat genetics.

No matter, I only give a head count, as it is intended to be. They can shove invasion of privacy questions right up their ass. They sent a guy one year, came from a two hour drive away. Had as many questions about my neighbors as me. Like I know how many toilets they have? The whole thing has turned into a bad joke.

Nope. As you said, we just did the 2020 census. There won't be another until 2030. I would throw the crap you got sent into the trash. If and when they call you, let them know that your consultation fee is $500 per hour. Simple as that. They can't 'make' you do a single thing.

Thanks. You're the only one that actually understood my OP, and my re-explanation several posts later after I realized nobody had actually read it, or they don't know that the previous census was in 2020 and the next census won't be until 2030.

These papers I have, in 2024, are not "The Census," they are something else other than the census mandated in the Constitution which is every 10 years.
