What have you owned/ridden? Topic started in feets thread. Busted feets from motorbikes. It happens and worse.

I’ll start.
ridden: lawn mower engine donut tyre centrifugal clutch thingy, red of course. Foldy handlebar Honda CT70 (aka Dax) clutchless 3 speed fun! Honda SL70 more fun!!

Owned: 76 Honda XL350 rode tank trails and hills on fort Carson and all over Colorado mountains a total blast! Red/gold 1980 Suzuki GS550E first road bike loved the crap out of it carving canyons I needed more juice. Tail of the dragon. Pfft. Silver/blue 1981 Kawasaki KZ750E just like in the pic. Again, Colorado. Best and last bike I owned. Read why at the link. Serious all around street motorcycle.

That’s it had kids got out of the game. Still have the endorsement and toying with the idea of getting back into an old ujm or beemer 900/1000 boxer.

https://ridermagazine.com/2012/07/06...0-e-1980-1982/

*Add 750 Magna to the ridden list. Meh. Don’t like that chopper seating position for one thing.

Oh and 800cc(?) sportster. Also meh. Bare bones no place for lady friend dumb tiny peanut tank=200 mile range.

I had a Honda CB 750 in college. Pretty good bike. I sold it when I got to law school as I needed the money.

In the many years since, I've often thought about getting another motorcycle, just haven't ever done it.

However, if I ever run across a Honda V65 Magna in good condition and low-ish miles for sale, I might just snap it up as that is my favorite motorcycle of all time. Was in high school when those were ruling the streets. Very cool bikes.

My first bike was a 1969 Kawasaki 500 triple cylinder triple carb monster. Then a Triumph hardtail chopper, a Harley Deuce, Harley Road king, Harley Dyna wide glide, a custom Saxon chopper, a Honda something (IKR?) and now a Harley Fat Boy.

Here's a few pics I found.

EDIT: The pic of the Kow 500 is a stock photo. Was so long ago, I cant find any pics of my own...

I’d jump on a v65 saber in a hot minute. Didn’t care for the 750 Sabre chopper position but it was punchy as hell.

Everything from a Honda SL100 dirt bike to my last bike - a Honda V65 Magna

Bought the Magna when I lived in SoCal, took it to Maui when I moved there in 1989. Rode it for a couple of years and ended up selling to a guy on Kauai, after Hurricane Iniki destroyed the island (including his car). Sold it for what I paid for it too

Started with a '59? Cushman scooter, delivering newpapers at 13 y/o.
Got a Honda Dream 150 @ 16.
160 Scrambler at 17.
Suzuki JR50 for my son (7) at 28.
Suszuki 250 at29.
Yamaha Virago 750 at 29.
Harley '77 FXS 1200 at 33.
FLSTC at 44.
Broke my big toe (left) on a kick starter Suzuki 250 trail bike back in the 80s.
That shit has really been bugging me the last 3 year (Neuropathy/ sciatica/yada
yada/yada)

Still tooling around (although not too often nowadays) on my '94 FLSTC that I bought back in '97.

I think the bone chips in my shin from kicking that 350 four stroke have finally reabsorbed back into my body. Metal footpegs hurt.

FYI.
They'll come back to haunt you some day.

I went back and edited in all the different bikes I went thru.
(RIF, I failed)

My 77 FXS had both kick and electric.
I rarely used the kick starter, as those old shovel heads were notorious for launching the kickers off the bike.

Damn, those V65 Magnas are cool bikes. Still look great, and plenty of performance. Yeah, Lord help me if I ever come across a good one. . . perhaps the Misses wouldn't notice it if I put way back in the corner of the garage.

I still buy bikes in boxes when they come available. I suspect I have owned at least 75 motorcycles in the past 50 years, including one Harley... a Sportster... and that only for a weekend; sold it to the first people who looked for $500 more than I paid.
My first bike was a Rupp Hustler and the last to this point was a FZ600.
