All though I agree with this, an additional term of use on the N.cr.s site states wording of such that you can be sued for your posts. Sorry I can’t remember the actual wording without going over it.

Suing a person is VERY different from suing a company that had revenue of $1.8 billion last year.

From first hand experience….. once Der Fagler posted my personal address and information about me. (Could possibly be red baron).

I threatened with legal action to the CF. Whoever was in charge at that time, bitched up like you couldn’t imagine! All posts threads whatever were deleted and an apology was given. I was surprised really but I really did call an attorney.

Point, this is all such BS….

I have said it for years, and I still stand behind it: IB has demonstrated innumerable times that they absolutely do not give a single SHIT about the "user experience".

Maybe that makes business sense, and maybe it doesn't. But the bottom line is that IS the reality. The new crop of mods have been carrying that message forward openly: you don't like the moderation there, move on to another board where you do like the moderation.
