Some in my office tell me that I need to do a real estate YouTube channel. And make a big splash on social media especially facebook.

Nope. I don’t do any of that stuff and I was top producer agent of the year in my office.

The thing about Jax is the city covers all of Duval county. Geographically, it’s the largest city in the country. There are some really nice areas and some real shit hole areas. We are on Amelia Island but heading south on A1A, you enter Duval county (aka JAX) as soon you cross the bridge
