Oh I like them too, I'm just looking for something that I may like just as well that is easier to clean. Part of it is I also need to do new pads and rotors, the Hawk pads I put on it years ago stop great but are dirty as heck

Pretty certain you can go with a less dusty pad, but will give up some braking power. I use a spray bottle with liquid soap, and a little detail spray mixed it, makes cleaning rims a little easier, and usually allows for a quick wipe with a rag, as opposed to have to get on the ground and scrub them clean. Best solution is only to own black rims, the brake dust makes them a hue darker!! |
