"World's best sports car manufacturer" according who and what criteria? Seems like that's your opinion, which you attack others for posting. Do a search for the world's best sports car manufacturer and you'll find several listed above Porsche as judged by experts. Here's one list as an example:

Best Sports Car Brands are Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Porsche, Mercedes Benz and BMW.

Technically, if the masonry walls don’t have a floor system attached to the top, that would not be a basement. That would be a retaining wall and it would be designed differently than a basement wall.

Sometimes it feels liberating to lose your inhibitions but there is a well defined study that suggests you not cross the 0.12%
