Default Navy woke-ness to the max...
Did I see what I thought I saw??? When the National Anthem was being sung at the start of the Super Bowl, the sailors in the shot of the Navy ship were dressed in camo with a few rows all dress out like a rainbow...

Now THAT was the gayest shit I have ever seen.....

Thanks to Thomas posting the actual picture. Is it possible that those are just the standard issue uniforms for various folks, the flight deck guys, etc.? In Top Gun they had the aircraft carrier sailors in different color uniforms, based on their job.

Exactly. Flight deck personnel on a carrier wear different bright colors so they stand out for safety. Each color denotes a specific job. It has nothing to do with woke or gay.

Being on a carrier flight deck during takeoffs & landings is one of the most dangerous jobs in the Navy.

The sailors were likely grouped by division, that's why they stacked like that. V1, V2, V3, V4, etc.

Red shirts are for the Bomb Squad, they load the missiles and bombs on the aircraft. White shirts are Safety and such. Yellow shirts are the Handlers, driving the trucks and aircraft handling equipment. Green shirts are the catapult and arresting gear guys. Purple shirts are the Fuelies.

Less confusion now?

Or they were grouped by department.
