His name is Robert, and he's a real hot head.

Looks like a Tesla model S with custom wheels. Door handles and nose look like a Tesla.

Judging from the fire alone, I'd guess Tesla.

Looks like it started in the trunk. His gas powered generator probably fell over and gas poured out.
