Some @hole of a judge denies some J6 people with commuted sentences from Washington DC area and buildings.

Sounds like a violation of their constitutional rights
The amendment they keep referring to (14) to justify
Birthright citizenship also states citizens have the right to
move from state to state

Wash DC is a 'district', but yeah, I hope Bondi 'tunes up' some of these morons, dictating revenge from the bench..

I understand that a commuted sentence does not absolve you from a crime and that the capitol is a 'district', but this clown only, ONLY did these to thumb his nose at Trump...

Indeed.
I was watching some footage from DC yesterday and it is astounding that the city, particularly the areas around the capital and White House etc look like a military state. So many barriers and barricades. So many armed police officers many carrying AR style weapons. It really is sad.

As a youngster growing up in Baltimore we made many trips to DC to visit the buildings and monuments etc. Including several school field trips. And the place was quiet and reserved and honored. People roamed freely around the areas.
There were no armed police everywhere. No fences and barricades. No check points. And probably very little security.

I worked in DC from '96 to '05, from Chinatown down to the Hoover building and many, many visits to the US Dept of Justice building and basically all over... It was a different place pre-9/11 and became more bizarre each year since.

Did a 10 hour day in town and had drinks nearly nightly in a DC Irish bar with colleagues friends and rode the metro to and from work. Wouldn't do it now.

So many kewl places and cities that once kicked a$$, now not even worth visiting. Large cities among them sadly.
Would love to visit Arlington Cemetery again. But wouldn't step foot anywhere near the surrounding areas including DC so it's a no go.

The solution seems simple.

Trump issues full pardons for those people, and has one of his staffers duct tape that pardon to the judge's chamber door.

**** these people; the time for trying to be civil is really over. You want to flex? OK, now these people are pardoned. Wanna try again?

Consider it the law of unintended consequences at work.

It’s a tough pill to swallow when certain cases seem to get treated differently. As for Hunter, yeah, it's hard not to feel like there's a double standard sometimes.

Why do they advertise those bullshit Musk heaters. And those ads OBVIOUSLY are fraudulent.

Hard to take any source that would accept those ads, seriously

Well, I'm guessing that despite the owner of the site being a homosexual, bigger name advertisers aren't interested in advertising to conservatives.

Have you seen Newsmax, Salem News Network, or OANN? The advertising is much different than you'll see on ABC/CBS/CNN etc. You don't see Chevy, Ford, Dodge and Toyota advertising on those networks. No Big Pharma ads.

In this case, the question is, does this man exist? Was he in the military as indicated? Is he imprisoned right now, or not? Those are pretty specific assertions that are either true or false.

If this is sketchy, and a lie, which part(s)? I tend to believe this article, despite the sketchy ad sources.

What the actual f*ck? The guy was pulling security for a J6 speaker at a legally permitted assembly and never entered the Capitol building....

He did screw the pooch having live grenades in his house so OK, a weapons charge and probation and fine for a first time offender would have sufficed.

In a fair system, he would never have been arrested. In a slightly corrupt system, he would have paid a fine for a bogus trespassing charge. In our corrupt system, a guy guilty of nothing got a SWAT raid by the fbi.

How much clearer could it be? Illegal search = fruit of the poisonous tree = evidence excluded.

Trump should pardon this guy fully, then order him to get his grenades back, because **** the communists, that's why. I'd trust this guy with grenades more than I'd trust any leftist with a butter knife.

So your bit of sophistry is that keeping live grenades is a non-problem if you don't get caught. Yeah, makes perfect sense. C'mon Bill....

The 2nd Amendment is pretty clear to me. So if this guy has grenades, or a tank or howitzer in the garage, that should be his right. Shall not be infringed. Most of us don't avail ourselves of our God given, constitutionally protected rights, because we don't want trouble with a government that doesn't understand plain English OR original intent. That doesn't make the infringement on our rights, well, right.

If anything, he or someone he knows might have stolen government property (the grenades). Isn't there a statute of limitations on theft? Or are we against that now, too?

Your rights stop where others begin...meaning somebody with a howitzer next door is a danger and you have a right to some expectation of safety, that whole "life, liberty" thing.

And I've had a CCW since 1974 in nearly every state on the east coast.

Well, let's examine that. How long do you think this guy had those two grenades? His neighbors had an expectation of safety, and they got it. The only danger they faced was government jackboots raiding the guy's home. They faced ZERO danger from his grenades.

There is a douchebag lawyer her in Houston who bought a WWII tank and parked it in front of his house over in River Oaks, the most tony part of Houston. He didn't endanger anyone with that tank. Did he hurt their feelings? Yeah, maybe. He didn't endanger anyone any more than you have with your CCW permit and whatever semi-auto firearms you may possess. Stop feeding into leftist narratives.

Owning weapons /=danger, except in certain very specific circumstances.

I doubt that Lord Baltimore would be happy with what has been done to the ground he carved out of his Mary’s Land and gave to the government.

Sure pal, ever thrown a grenade ? I have, its not a bullet, some kid gets hold of them or this guy flips out or gets robbed ? Did the guy lock the things up in a safe, his answer was to wrap them in duct tape and have them in his flak jacket in an RV sitting outside - really ?

And then you talk about him owning a tank.... Maybe a Claymore mine (yeah I've blown those too). You're just being silly.

I've always wanted a tank for the front yard. Friend of mine's neighbor has a Sherman he is restoring, and it runs good. Then again a 30' tall T Rex in the middle of the yard would be cool too.

Funny, the snotty new neighborhood across the street doesn't even like my cars in my yard.... piss on 'em

I mean, it's fine, you're not in favor of the 2nd Amendment. I didn't care for the 18th Amendment myself, so I certainly understand being not in favor of things. Maybe you would have been upset if, during prohibition, I had a few cases of whiskey in my garage, wrapped in duct tape? I mean, kids could break in and steal it.
