Infuriating. So Fulton County can't persecute this case going forward, I guess that means Fulton County will pass the buck to another leftist shithole county in Georgia so they can take the ball and run with it.

I'm guessing the GA attorney general's office could take it and drop it, but it seems based on Kemp, Raffensberger, etc., that the state government of Georgia will be happy to participate in keeping this crap going, holding this over the heads of Trump and the others.

The case is dead.... No prosecutor following in Fani's size 13 shoes will want it. It is flawed on so many counts its embarrassing. Due to the fact some of the 'so-called' evidence is from WH activities, the SCOTUS immunity ruling will require an entire re-crafting of the indictment which can't include critical, but protected, information.

I don't have confidence in Pam Bondi to go after her. She's a Bushie, endorsed by none other than Jeb!, and also by Ladybug Graham. I'm hoping Kash, the hopefully new FBI Director, can goad her into going after ALL the RICO players, because they are a threat to our democracy, and nothing like this can ever happen again.

Moreover any new prosecutor will have seen how Fani was under a microscope and certainly won't want that sort of light shone on their past deeds...

What I do not get is why Fani isn't under Federal indictment for the misuse of Federal grant funds from the Office of Justice Programs (where I used to work). She took money to build an 'at risk' youth center and spent it on travel and computers. When an employee called her on it she had the woman fired and escorted off GA gov't property by armed security.
