Poll: Support for health care law drops to 35%
WASHINGTON — A new poll finds support for President Barack Obama's health care overhaul at its lowest level since passage last year. Worries about government deficits that keep rising because of health care costs appear to be driving the numbers.
The Associated Press-GfK poll showed that support for Obama's health-insurance expansion has slipped to 35 percent, while opposition stands at 45 percent, and another 17 percent are neutral. Among seniors, support has dipped below 30 percent for the first time.

More good news.
ESPECIALLY among the seniors, who are our nations most reliable voters.

Paging Mr. Conyers and Ms. Pelosi...
YouTube - Congressman John Conyers: "Why Read The Bill?" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW7mOaPnYYA)
YouTube - Pelosi: we have to pass the health care bill so that you can find out what is in it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoE1R-xH5To)
Someone needs to fire these to idiots.

The thing the Democrats should be most concerned about is not only the low approval ratings of health care but the increasing approval numbers for repealing the legislation.
In U.S., 46% Favor, 40% Oppose Repealing Healthcare Law (http://www.gallup.com/poll/145496/Favor-Oppose-Repealing-Healthcare-Law.aspx)
46% to 40% in favor of repeal while not a majority is still a strong trend. I had all but given up hope of overturning this horrible piece of legislation but maybe all is not yet lost.

It depends on the polling question and the group polled. It can make or break the polls credibility.
Simple concept I tried to explain to you in your thread about Obama getting credit for the budget deal. That poll has no credibility for the reason mentioned above.
Those reasons were also pointed out to you in your thread...yo choose to ignore those facts.

Maybe we should just stick with basic Math?
33x$6000=$198,000 (200,000)

That is a bit scary. I think there is a good chance that the Court will find the mandate is Constitutional under the Commerce Clause. If so this will be a huge expansion of the Clause. What will the Government be prevented from requiring us to purchase in the future? Nothing.
It looks like it will all come down to Kennedy and how he feels that morning. Certainly could go either way.

Ok ... here yea go sport .... :yesnod:
They want to give people like me a $200,000 tax cut that’s paid for by asking 33 seniors each to pay $6,000 more in health costs. That’s not right. And it’s not going to happen as long as I’m President. (Applause.)
But let me be absolutely clear: I will preserve these health care programs as a promise we make to each other in this society. I will not allow Medicare to become a voucher program that leaves seniors at the mercy of the insurance industry, with a shrinking benefit to pay for rising costs. I will not tell families with children who have disabilities that they have to fend for themselves. We will reform these programs, but we will not abandon the fundamental commitment this country has kept for generations.

Did he make that up himself?...or get it off one of the left wing websites?
I...for one, am not impressed by one who reads bumper-sticker talking points from a teleprompter and calls that leadership.
and btw...what a dick, and what arrogance by injecting himself into the talking point spin...It's always about him...he's the hero. Hey Barry, here's an Idea: You don't have to participate in the tax cuts...you, can forward that extra 200K to the treasury. Help yourself, you bleeding heart liberal...put yer money where your mou...err, teleprompter is.

It needs to go and be done with so we can move forward in either Obamacare or it being junked:beer:
