Just use the auto draft feature.

It's a lot of fun and keeps you interested in all of the games instead of just your favorite team.
Granted, your first year may be a little rough, but after that you will have it down and be a contender. That's not to say that you won't be a contender in your first year.

You can't yet. You have to wait for the draft, at which time, you create your team, or if you choose auto draft, Yahoo will do it for you.

When you get up to 8 teams, it really gets difficult to field a totally good team.

I think that Will has to let you in, as you are fresh meat.
