He's back, and appears to be holding his fluids nicely. The shop was quite embarrassed...and the tech made a rookie mistake....he left a piece of the old gasket on the transmission body....not conducive to good sealing. I've had 24 hours to calm down now, so all is well again.

The shop owner as I stated is a stand up guy, and they made it right. We go back a long ways, and I would feel comfortable having them build another trans for me. I understand his position....I'm usually on the other side of the complaint desk, so we both handled it diplomatically and we're still friends. Mistakes happen, we're all human. Or canine and feline anyway.

Two bags....but I think it was used. He could have at least sifted the Kitty nuggets out of it first.....or maybe he was trying to tell me something.

I treated him to a bath today. And since it was 64 degrees out today....

And not a drop of the garage floor.....he's holding his fluids just fine.
