probably a spider. Was very common decades ago.

I learned how to drive in Italy in a Fiat 500 with double pump clutch. What a POS.

My first car was a '69 124 Sport Coupe POS... It was held together with sheet metal screws and you couldn't remove anything without the sheetmetal stripping out.

My next Fiat was an '81 Spider which wasn't such a bad car. Kept it for 6 or so years and had the engine rebuilt and was about to get it painted but figured I'd buy the '70 Corvette instead. Sold it for what I paid for it. May have kept it longer but it was an automatic, they never should have put automatics in those cars!

Had a friend in middle school that had a 500 and he used it on his paper route.

I'm not the only one over on the Woke Mainland who misses Yadkin.
Doug is getting tiresome and seems to have lost most of his marbles.
With Yaddie on The Continent, our content will continue to suffer.
Wishing the Yaddie Family all the best and an epic trip. Have not been there in 33 years, although it seems like 5 years ago!

Heck, we welcome anybody here

Even Flexy has dipped toes a couple times and then ran away.

Yadkin has no more annoying quirks than some of us others in here, so damn, let's party!

All that I would ask, is please stop with the Baby Doll vernacular. It always reminds me of the shithead coward that lived 50 miles away from me.

I'll lay off the multiple NNN's as a gesture of good faith.

My first "real" car was a 1980, 2000 Spider. Had to have my parents cosign the loan. I drove it until 1988. It was an engineering POS. I finally had to hard wire the ignition switch because the OEM switch would burn out every 6 months. Put a toggle up under the dash.

Having said that, driving that car in the Sierra foothills from Fresno to Yosemite on Hwy 41 was insanely fun.
