Spotted a gal in a bikini on the beach with the face of Abraham Lincoln tattoo partially visible on her lower belly, I said, "That's a very good likeness". She said, "You should see his beard"...

Another thing to consider about your first Tat is the experience and ability of the tattoo artist. There are a lot of them that don't have a clue about quality. It will cost more, maybe even a lot, but it will be well worth it when you see it every day - the reason you get one in the first place.

A tat has to mean something. Lifelong. Dont screw it up. I did one, and had to have it partially altered/removed
Second one was after heart surgery..
