Default Can you identify these tools?

Got these from my 90 year old father-in-law. He has no idea and neither do I on what they are used for.

The bottom two look like some kind of hole punch and a tool for installing rivets. Maybe for leather or something?

Top one is a tool for a cross cut saw, but I don't know what it does.

Description: Tool used for gauging saw teeth for precision cutting in log/wood industry.

If they are all saw tools, I'm guessing the bottom two might be for setting the teeth (kerf).

My dad (and his dad) hand-sharpened all his saws, from small handsaws up to his two-man crosscut (which I used with him on occasion). They had the right files and a special vise with very wide jaws to hold the blade steady.

I haven't seen those tools since I was a kid, so say at least 60 years ago. But his looked similar to those pictured.

Top one looks like a clamp to hold a saw for sharpening.

Middle is for setting the kerf of the teeth.

Bottom is ?????
