Default Medical peeps and or law peeps

I’m suffering pretty bad from pain from my last surgery. Apparently my bladder was full when the surgeon got in and it was in the way. So a nurse “attempted” to catheterize me. She jabbed it in some number of times perforating the tissue before giving up and calling in a urologist.

Apparently I had scar tissue blocking the urethra at the bladder. He used a scope with a camera and saw I had just a pin hole. So he reamed it out and put in a Foley catheter for 10 days.

Now, I had no trouble before other than old man stream which I’ve had since I was twenty from some other trauma. No pain. No trouble peeing.

Now I seem to be ****ed. My bladder isn’t emptying fully. I’m going but much less than I should be. And constant pressure and pain.

It’s hard to tell where the pain is coming from - the incisions or the bladder.

I have a theory that nurse ****ed me up seriously. I’m requesting all surgical records but not sure if it will list who that nurse was.

I need to know what happened, who she is, what she did and what her experience level and training is.

This may turn into a very serious issue. The treatment is more surgery - rebuilding the urerethra using tissue from my mouth (so my mouth and my taint will hurt like hell). then the cath up my dick for two weeks again.

No joke. I’m not sure I can take the fix or the treatment. The pain from the cath is unbearable.

How can I get the name and background on that nurse? Years of experience, schooling, who her supervisor is and where was she at the time?

If these assholes damaged me I’m headed after them.

Well, any records should list the nurse’s name along with all treatment personnel.
But, a lawyer can subpoena all records and get all additional records.
Sounds like you may have a malpractice case. Good luck!

What is double voiding?

Quote:
There are several approaches to improving bladder emptying. Double voiding in one of the most common.

Double voiding involves sitting in an ideal position to urinate and then waiting for 20-30 seconds to urinate again.

This technique is especially effective for people who feel like their bladder is not empty, or who return quickly to the restroom after voiding.

The steps to double voiding are as follows:

sitting comfortably on the toilet and leaning slightly forward
resting the hands on the knees or thighs, which optimizes the position of the bladder for voiding
urinating as normal, focusing on emptying the bladder as much as possible
remaining on the toilet, waiting anywhere from 20 to 30 seconds
leaning slightly further forward and urinating again

People may also benefit from rocking side to side as this can result in better bladder emptying. However, a person should not rock side to side if they cannot safely position themselves on the toilet.

I"m in same shituation with my belly button mesh from Nov '12, went to another sturgeon and he gave me a fishy story, that all the mesh symptoms listed on computer searches are tied to law firms, and that it's all a lie, etc.....I point blank asked him then why my tummy hurts.....he never gave a direct answer......bastard......and of course nothing in the way of records about it.....
he had a nurse in there listening to our conversation and so I wasted 170 bux

so much for North Florida Sturgeons......fishy outfit.....so it's Doc's vs Lawyers....witch is worse???

Let’s hope it gets better. Having a test done tomorrow. Hospitals are dangerous places.

If you know anyone in the medical profession, and they are willing to be honest with you, they will all agree that a hospital is no place to get well.

My wife recently had a bout with colitis. She had to be on IV antibiotics for ten days. That's all, just an IV. Private room where I could spend the night there, excellent food, order off a menu when you want. Excellent insurance, no cost to us. She's a retired RN and knew all the people who would be taking care of her. She was not happy about this at all, because she knows what can go wrong.

On Thursday she's going to swallow a camera to see how things are.

I had a catheter with my hip replacement and it took a while to recover from the experience. I was a urethral virgin, and I guess my stuff was tight. No bueno for a couple of weeks.

Hopefully the same for you
