but then I need you advice on what's probably a simple issue for you gurus. First, of all I don't own a smart camera; at my age I'm just not interested. I use a Kodak EasyShare digital camera, upload a picture, and post it.

I got three pics from my daughter via e-mail that were taken with her smart camera/computer. I right-clicked on the pics but instead of seeing "Save Pic as" I saw simply "Save as". "Save as" does not put the pic in "My Pictures".

How do I do this?

Save as will give you a choice of where it will be saved. Select the My Pictures folder, or create a new folder, or whatever you want.

Try uploading the photos to photobucket.

What are you trying to do? I thought you wanted to SAVE pictures that were emailed to you.

Are you trying to post pictures from an email, to the barn?

(I'm all in if they are more scenic butt pics by the way....and which one was your daughter ?)

Check "my documents" or do a file search for anything with *.jpg. The computer is saving them to it's default location for pictures

You must have downloaded it.....check under down loads in your PC.

it's probably somewhere in there if you saved it.
