As reported by my mother: "A couple of weekends ago some folks lost control of their boat at the boat ramp across the river. Today it is resting in the channel below the bluff on our side. Perhaps we will have some excitement if they try to get it out. "

Up periscope!
 I live on a large lake and hanging out at the boat launch can sure be interesting at times! Best show in town and its free! My rule of thumb (OBTW I'm a boater) from what I have seen, "normally the smaller the boat and the more people helping out the more phucked up it gets!"
