The main difference is that you close, minimize and maximize your screen by clicking on the upper left instead of upper right. Otherwise it's no different than a PC except for performance.

Although I haven't used a PC in years. My work computers for the last 10 years have been Macs and my home computer is as well.

I'm in the printing industry so I've been around Macs from the first day they came out and love them.

Welcome to the lighter, faster, better side of computers

The multi-gesture trackpad alone makes me never want to go back to a Windows machine--any time I have to use a friend's PC laptop and I try to use the gestures on the trackpad I have to stop and laugh

I've been using mine for 3 1/2 years. Yes, it's old, but it's tough to go to any other machine with a smaller screen. My client gave me a new laptop with 1368x768 resolution. I can't use it at all.

I'm gonna pick up a 27" iMac the next time they are refreshed (with the Ivy Bridge chips). It'll replace my current and only Windows machine, though I'll run Win7 via Boot Camp on it.

In the mean time I'll have to make do with my Macbook Pro, my other Macbook Pro (work laptop), Macbook, and Mac Mini. And a couple of iPads.
