I would either pay off daughters house or build them a new one and a few million dollars
buy our late sons GF her apartment or another,what ever she wants
give both my sisters at least a million dollars each,maybe 2 million or more and pay off their homes
help almost all nieces and nephews ....buy other 3 town homes in our building and tear it down and build a home on the beach....relax and do whatever the hell I want to do.
And of course donate to many charities .

I would spend at least a million on trucks and tractors and equipment. I also would hire a couple of full time farm/construction workers. And hire staff to help out around the house.
I’d also build another barn to house my corvette and classic truck collection.
