Sounds exactly like what I had a few weeks ago.

Meh, you've just got the fluts. Lay off the acadamm for 48 hours to get your electroytes back in balance. I wouldn't eat anything heavy or greasy during this time, either.

For a mild case, the best diarrhea treatment is a couple of days on the couch -- letting it run its course, so to speak. Over-the-counter remedies may help, like Pepto-Bismol, Imodium A-D, and Kaopectate.

Doctors also advise drinking lots of fluids to prevent dehydration:

Fruit juice (without pulp), chicken broth (without fat), soda (non-caffeinated), tea with
honey, and sports drinks.

Sip small amounts frequently between meals -- not with meals.

Then Round 3. At 6:00 I felt better but tired and a little hungry.

I ate a small plain dinner of a grilled hamburger patty, home-made bread, and water. Threw it up 20 minutes later. Now I'm exhausted, ready to sleep. It's not even 7:00 p.m. If a crazed burglar barged in the house, I guess I could put him down with my fists, but who knows? I might just throw up on him.

I'm not even horny. This is so sad.
Sure its not the Gin?

Last summer I was patching a large gate for one of the investors who was stuck fixing the house, pool in back yard, .gov involved and tagged the house for the yard that was not mowed for 3 years, and fix the gates.....one of them we just fixed it closed forming a fence, but the one I had to restore was just too much that day in the sun with high temp/humidity, I got dizzy as shit, dropped the nailer on the nose, it went off and I got the concrete chip in my leg trick, lucky the nail just hit the fence.....wife screamed at me LOUD to GTF in the car, and go HOME, so I did.....I was dizzy as hell, but the a/c in the car helped a LOT.....

I supposed to walk in circles over the back yard today, you know, chasing the lawnmower.....NO enthusiasm what so EVER....seems like I spend 1/2 my life walking in circles anymore.....
