Just don't have an appetite at all.
It was getting a little worrisome so I increased the alcohol intake to add some empty calories.

We've been eating healthier and watching portions for about two years now and I was down 10-12 lbs and maintained that.
Then the stress kicked in and lost 8-10 lbs.

I stopped losing weight at least.
