I found out this morning that one of my Colorado buddy’s wife died last night after battling cancer for six years. Three kids, married 29 years, 56 years young.

We are at a place financially he could retire now, trying to max out pension/lump sum which occurs at 35 years.

He is off SWAT now and a major over the detectives division. Pretty safe job title now.

My job is more Dangerous the days I work downtown.

Had to fix my kid's car when I got home from work today. She called me when I was in Daytona complaining that the A/C was blowing hot on the driver's side. I was lucky enough to be able to unstick the blend door my moving the temp setting from crazy high to crazy low.
