Found this last night. Beautiful pics and makes me want to do something like it. While looking for unusual things in the western states I found a web site that is dedicated to off beat things to see.

Roadside America - Guide to Uniquely Odd Tourist Attractions

Remember the old Muffler Man statues? Apparently they are still all around the country, approx. 200 left. Found out there were even Muffler Women. Never knew that.

The one that I would actually like to see is the Cat House in Idaho where the story says the Madam found out the cops were going to raid the house. The girls grabbed what they could carry and left, never to come back. It is supposedly the same as the day they departed with the exception of the mannequins used to represent the girls.
