For 300k you can get a nice home in Florida. For 300k that is only a down payment in California for a condo. It seems if Florida was that great to live in it would be the other way around. i lived down there. Flat and more flat. Hot, muggy, buggy. If Florida was that great they would have 40 million and California would have 21 million. I was up in the mountains over the weekend something you can't experience unless you fly somewhere. I'll take a Dem Governor to live here over a Pub Governor with no property taxes, state taxes or any kind of taxes than live in Florida.

Yes they are. I ate at a sit down restaurant about 10 days ago, got my haircut this last Sunday. Drove through the Smoky mountains and associated parks last weekend. All while carrying my Glock 23 and no one lost their mind.
