Default Eagle One - Keep Clean Wheel Spray

Anyone use this without it leaving a haze?!?
I follow the instructions, but I've had no success with it and end up wiping it off.

I use it because the V dusts like a SOB. It is worse dusting than either of the Z's. If you put it on heavy it will be cloudy. I put a lite coat on and it seems to do fine. Do you have polished or chrome wheels? Mine are polished so that might make a difference.

Mine are machine faced spokes with black barrels - clear coated.

You might try a lighter coat. If I put it on heavy it will leave the wheels looking hazy.

Check out the Adams Site. His products are top notch.. He has a special wheel cleaner that is even environmentally friendly. Also the staff is truely dedicated to customer service.

Actually this stuff sprays on after you clean the wheels. It repels the brake dust. One downside is the wheels will have a haziness to them if applied to heavily. I use it on the V's wheels and it works very well. The brakes on the V dust worst than the brakes on the Z. The Brembos bite hard but 2 miles down the road and it doesn't look like I've cleaned my wheels in a week.
This stuff I can drive the whole week and the wheels have just a very minimal amount of dusting to them.

wow sounds like a good trade-off for a little haze on the wheels

I have a better idea. Why not buy brake shoes that do not create dust? I use the Wagner brand which came with a lifetime warranty. They create ZERO dust, no squeak and stop on a dime. They are much more pricey than your garbage brands but hey, you only have to buy one set and the rest are free for as long as you own the car.

Much smarter solution.

AJ I think that the LW applies to defects, not against wear, but I may be wrong.
But I went with teh ceramic brake pads on both the Caddy and the Z, but I noticed that they seem to fade much faster under heavy braking, but no brake dust and that I like

I don't do any road courses but I do drive like an idiot sometimes. I haven't noticed any breaking issues when I need brakes but even if I did, I would rather have no dust and squeaking. From what I understand, the good road course brakes do both very well (dusting and squeaking that is)!

I do have ceramic pads. I get dust from all over, not just the brakes. My car's black, and I have some black on the wheels, so I was just trying to use this stuff for the everyday dust that shows up. I was hoping it would be kinda like Endust is to furniture

I have recieved some of eagle ones products and this was included. I hope it works as good as the infomercial. When I saw that, even honey would not stick to the wheels. Good to know if you live around behives.
