Loving seeing the remodel! Looking good!

Just the light fixtures you've shown make a world of difference in the look of the kitchen/breakfast area!

Thank goodness we were not living here yet when we had the entire house painted, all new light fixtures put in, and all the countertops pulled in the kitchen and baths to put in granite. It was a HUGE mess all over.

Looks really nice so far. Great choices. We went with custom cherry in our kitchen too. Had a huge space not being used so we put in an island as well. Your floor/tile layout looks a lot like what we did back in 07 or so. I like the borders around the cabinets like that. I think I posted pics back on CFOT some time ago, but could post more some time... But would love to see more pics as it progresses!

Should be done by saturday the latest i believe, unless there is some scheduling issue w/ my GC and his subs. Shooting for Friday.

We're in the home stretch..

All thats left is the wiring of the down draft and cook top, testing of the gas line, paint prep, paint, trim stain, and a few other minor things. Most of it should be done tomorrow but the painter needs to get the stain info from the cabinet maker for a few finishing pieces.





Here are a couple more teasers.

Decent shot of the tile so you can see the color..Probably my favorite part of the entire remodel. Excellent craftsmanship..


Fancy ass faucet.. The head pulls out so you can use it as the spray nozzle.. This is some high tech ass shit..


Backsplash.


Dishwasher.


Better shot of the pendants.




The lower white rail is being removed.. You can also see the original wallpaper in the last pic from where a cabinet hide it..
