I watched the SOTU for about 10 minutes. I felt like a smoked ham after that.

I have never had that much smoke blown up my ass.

Freeze spending on 1/7th of the government. WOW thats great

It's just like a family that has maxed out all their Credit cards, has 2 mortgages and has lost 20% of their income saying

On Sunday nights we will only go to the current restaurant and not go to a more expensive restaurant until things get better.


Makes a lot of sense to progressives and people weak in Math skills.

Yes, oil prices will probably go higher but not due to anything the oil companies are doing or not doing.
FWIW, cutting oil subsidies would eliminate $45 Billion OVER 10 YEARS......cutting agricultural subsidies would eliminate $10-30 Billion PER YEAR.
*note that oil companies also drill for natural gas which is a "green" fuel.
