Poll: More Republicans Than Democrats Would Fight for US If Invaded Like Ukraine

Respondents of a Quinnipiac University Poll released on Monday revealed that more Republicans than Democrats would stay in the U.S. and fight if the country was in the same situation as Ukraine during the ongoing Russian invasion.

Among Republicans surveyed, 68% said they would stay and fight compared to 40% of Democrats. Fifty-two percent of Democrats said they would flee the country, while only 25% of Republicans said the same

I have a hard time believing that poll. Who did they poll? Students? Since Independents tend to lean to the left and adding this to the Democrats, this is a impressive amount.

Besides, an invasion here is all but unlikely. If it were aerial, we would take them, Naval, would not make it to shore. The only thing I see would be nuclear or similar and what is the general population of lefts and rights going to fire back? A bombardment of Estes Model Rockets.
