Which is his right as a private citizen of the United States of America. It is also the right of every other citizen to decide whether or not they choose to buy the products that his business sells (based on any reason they choose).
It is specifically forbidden by the US constitution for the government to discriminate against a private citizen (or company) based on their social or political views.

We waited about two hours for our order Wednesday. Restaurant about 3 miles from my house.

Several news media were present. I have never seen a fast-food restaurant so packed.

Our order came to $38.17 and they even got it correct. Amazing!
