Kobe's wife lost a husband and a child. The Children lost a sister. DaNN murdered his wife in cold blood when she didn't do anything. So i shouldn't say anything wrong when Charles Manson died? I don't remember Kobe murdering anyone.

I generally don't give a shit about the NBA, nor its "stars". That said:

Wow, a famous dude worth most of a billion dollars hooks up with the local nobody chick who knows who he is, that he is married, and figures she can work this into a payday if she claims he "forced" her into the situation is VERY far from a new occurrence.

I have no idea whether he "forced" her in any way or not, but it sure seems to me like Kobe paid dearly for that indiscretion, so IMO, I don't care about that event in his past.

All THAT said, even though I don't give a shit about Kobe personally, I still think it sucks that a pilot apparently got in over his head, and ended up killing 8 folks who happened to be on board.

Comparing this situation to the DaNN thing is nothing short of absurd.
