Nice menu. The only thing I would add would be some alcoholic beverages. Irish coffee, Mimosas, Bloody Maries, etc.

But then I'm an alcoholic. Actually I'm a drunk, not an alcoholic. Alcoholics go to meetings.

Both should be delicious but being in the specialty foods business I'd submit a few items for consideration.

1. Both items are shell fish and allergies to them are fairly common

2. Anything with hollandaise sauce is tough to keep warm/fresh. Too much heat and it gets lumpy or the chef adds too much dairy to keep it smooth and ruins the sauce

3. Brunch and in the Keys means many will be recovering from heavy drinking. Mimosas are always an acceptable form of that "hair of the dog"

We have that handled separately via the liquor store. I have them on speed dial. They fill the house prior to my arrival. Been doing it that way for about fifteen years.

1) we have French toast with rum bananas as an add/alternate for those who don't want lobster, likely no one.
2) all food will be prepared fresh onsite. I am hiring a chef and two servers.
3) I have been going there since 1992. My group knows the drill, and is well versed from our many weekends together at the jersey shore and close to home.
